Terms and Conditions
Section 1 – About Wenthall
Welcome to Wenthall. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Wenthall.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Section 2 – Using Our Website
You agree to use the Wenthall website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not use our website for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the operation or security of the website, or reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit our website content without permission.
Wenthall may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, systems or website.
Section 3 – Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.
Product availability may change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you where reasonably possible and may offer an alternative product or an appropriate refund.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
Section 4 – Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices on our website are displayed in GBP.
The total price, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Wenthall reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or product information errors. If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfilling the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive an appropriate refund.
Section 5 – Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. The contract between you and Wenthall will be formed in accordance with the applicable UK law and our order acceptance process.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability or obvious pricing errors.
If payment has already been taken and the order is cancelled, an appropriate refund will be provided.
Section 6 – Delivery
Wenthall offers delivery within the United Kingdom where available.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed on the website or during checkout.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances including carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, high demand or other events outside our reasonable control.
Where applicable, goods will generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days unless a different period has been agreed or applicable law provides otherwise.
For further information, please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Section 7 – Overseas Fulfilment
Some Wenthall products may be dispatched from fulfilment centres located outside the United Kingdom.
Where relevant, fulfilment information may be provided on the relevant product page or during checkout.
Depending on the shipment, customs procedures, duties, taxes or additional transit time may apply.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
Section 8 – Cancellation – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
When purchasing goods online, consumers generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason, subject to certain legal exceptions.
If you exercise this right, you will generally have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of your decision to cancel.
You should take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
Where permitted by law, a deduction may be made from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because they were handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Section 9 – Returns
To request a return, please contact Wenthall using the customer service contact details available on our website.
We will provide appropriate return instructions where necessary.
Unless otherwise required by law, returned products should be in reasonable condition and, where possible, include their original packaging, tags and accessories.
Certain products may be subject to legal exceptions from the right to cancel.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this section.
Section 10 – Refunds
Valid cancellations will be refunded in accordance with applicable UK law.
Where required, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back.
Section 11 – Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact Wenthall.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this section.
Section 12 – Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights.
Your rights under applicable legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, remain unaffected.
Where mandatory consumer protection law applies, those legal rights will take precedence over these Terms & Conditions.
Section 13 – Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional codes and discounts may be subject to specific conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
-
Promotional codes may have an expiry date.
-
Only one discount code may be used per order.
-
Certain products or orders may be excluded from promotions.
Wenthall may withdraw or amend promotions where permitted by law.
Section 14 – Intellectual Property
All content on the Wenthall website, including logos, branding, photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions and designs, is owned by or licensed to Wenthall unless otherwise stated.
You may access and use the website for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit Wenthall content without prior permission.
Section 15 – Website Availability
We aim to keep the Wenthall website available and functioning properly.
However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or completely free from errors.
We may temporarily suspend, modify or restrict access to the website for maintenance, security, technical improvements or other legitimate reasons.
Section 16 – Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable law, Wenthall will not be responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen or for circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
Section 17 – Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Wenthall will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, where permitted by applicable law.
Such events may include natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, transportation disruptions, government action, network failures, customs delays or other significant circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact of such events and communicate relevant information to affected customers.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.

Section 21 – Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page together with the relevant update date.
Changes will not affect rights that you have already acquired unless permitted by applicable law.
Section 22 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
